We stayed here in unit 214; very clean and great veiw of the ocean! Condominium does allow dogs just not on the beach. There is a pet friendly beach by peir park, nice walk to there or quick drive. Overall we are happy with our stay and its been quiet over here. Great distance to food and or shopping centers. Thank you for a great birthday week even seen dolphins and hot tub was great not over packed. Overall cute small condo for family or even couples not looking for over packed rooms to stay very minimal but again nice and cute
If you stay here, get a unit that Dawn Mouser and Bill manage. They went above and beyond for my family during our stay. They were the only reasons we had a decent stay. They are very kind and I am so grateful to have met them. They didn’t even manage the unit we were at but they helped us anyway. Also, don’t rent from unit 311.

We stayed in apartment #214, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The perfect location, close to supermarket and restaurants. The apartment has an unforgettable view and sunset. Jeff and Jill were very attentive, we will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend it.
